


| Pavilion Rental Terms We offer the use of our New Dining pavilion to individuals and groups upon the following terms. 1. The Pavilion is to be used for Private events supervised by the individual or group requesting its use, herein called the "Renter". 2. Renter agrees to assume responsibility for the set-up and take-down of all chairs and tables to be used for their event. 3. the Kitchen and all associated equipment are off-limits and not to be used. 4. Renter agrees to remove all garbage at the end of the event. If garbage is not removed, Renter agrees to pay an additional $25 for its removal. 5. Renter assumes all responsibility for damages to FFGSC equipment and premises, and will hold FFGSC harmless for any accidents or incidents related to the the Renter's event. The Charge for using our Pavilion will be $50 and events must be held during agreed times and dates You can comfortably seat up to 100 persons Washrooms on site Plenty of Parking We welcome your Renting our Pavilion under these terms and Wish you a successful event.
